The book doesn’t just have tips for heterosexual couples, but for homosexual and lesbian couples as well. Additionally, each sex position can be adjusted to make them suitable for every couple.

1. Dhenuka

There are various ways you can perform the Dhenuka position. The easiest variation is where the receiver lies on their belly with their legs straight. Their partner is on top with their penis or strap-on dildo between their lover’s legs and their own legs on either side of their lover’s body. The receiver gently squeezes their legs around the dildo or penis during penetration. Now both partners can move back and forth together. Do this carefully, otherwise the penis or dildo can fall out.

2. Piditaka sex position

During this sex position, the receiving partner – in this case a woman – stands on one leg (hence the name of the position). Her partner faces her and holds her leg up. 4. Jrimbhitaka

The woman lies on her back on the bed and spreads her legs in a V-shape. Her partner kneels above her, with their knees on either side of her hips. 6. Parshva Samputa

This sex position is a so-called box position. It’s very simple and is all about eye contact. Both partners lie on their side and look each other in the eye. 7. Peasant

During the Peasant, the receiver sits on their partner’s lap. You’re both looking in the same direction. A solid surface, like a firm mattress or a chair, is recommended.
